Help Dev command

I think I finally found out why my story missions just stopped -- I missed the "Tour de Roc" festival when I logged in after the patch. Now nothing is progressing -- no mails from the bandit hunter, no yellow "?" on the map.

I really don't want to play a whole year to get the festival again. I found and downloaded a mod that unlocks Dev commands in the game and one of them is JumpToDate. It wants six (int32) as arguments and I can't figure it out by trial and error.

I know this is a super technical question but I really want to progress the main story without spending another 20 hours playing through a year. I want to set the calendar date to before the Tour de Roc (therefore i need to know what format those int32 parameters are)

You should be able to automatically complete this quest even if you missed it. I'm not sure what are you talking about regarding to the story mission stopped, I'd recommend sending over your save file to [e-mail] along with detailed issue description.
