where can i found wooden storage in MP. I can only private storage build

i'm not sure if you can make more shared storages, but you can buy more storage slots in the shared storage like your bag

Regarding the public storage, you can unlock more slots but you can only have one in the workshop. For the personal storage, you can craft additional boxes from the worktable, but you may need to upgrade your Urban level and unlock the blueprint from the recipe store.

The public storage box can be upgraded but you still have to buy the slots in it. Any other box than that is a personal storage and only YOU can interact with it. It'll be locked for others, so if they build their own boxes same deal. It's theirs and locked for you.

hey there, i just hope this isnt annoying but it would be great if you could put in more public storage options in multiplayer. I understand that the personal storage is good if you play with random people but if you play with someone you are constantly in contact with, then it gets a bit tedious on throwing materials together and always running back and forth to the single public chest thats available

we like to split everything on the building grounds into areas. like ores go next the the furnace, ingredients for cooking go next to the kitchen and so on. its a bit tedious to have everything in one chest and having the look for what you are actually searching for and if the other person is currently offline and you need something from them, you would have to wait for them to come online

The various workshop machines will pull raw materials straight from the public storage box. You don't need to have the raw materials on you when you start a machine on a task so there is no need to "run around" getting materials for them.

Also note that the public storage can be upgraded to get more max slots.

True, and the maximum possible for a fully upgraded to level 3 public storage is insane. Cost a huge amount to enable all of it but its there.

It’s been a few months now since this was posted. However, I’d also like to see additional chests for separate resources!
