What kind of weapons style do you like?

Normally I like spears in games and as much fun they are in Sandrock, I've fallen for the daggers now. Faster and the crit rate,

Never did like big slow weapons in games.

I've been trying them all out on different saves, except the sword and shield, but I do prefer the daggers more than anything, love the animation, the speed and critical rate. On my newest save im trying out spears, Its pretty nice too but I still prefer my daggers o:

In Portia I would try to avoid anything but swords as much as possible, but in Sandrock it's daggers all the way. There's usually a point towards the end of the currently available content where I can make a much better sword and shield than daggers, so I use that for a time, but as soon as I can get better daggers, I go right back.

I like the sword and shield combo. Not that I ever use it defensively. I just like the balance of speed and power it brings.

And, of course, with Lifesteal, that's practically god mode.

I tried out the 4 weapon classes and all are horrible in their moveset and target hitting. As soon as an enemy is above / below you they don't hit anymore. Or if you start an attack combo you can easily throw yourself out of range to the enemy.

So far i like the daggers best to mitigate said problems to some extent.

I started with daggers, but i got a neat hammer drop at some point and gave that a go and quickly realized I much preferred the moves and damage of the swords. They feel great, and the damage is super satisfying.

Daggers are my favorite, followed by sword and shield, followed by the guns, followed by the spear, and then the greatsword is dead last (it looks cool but its attack rhythm is garbage and I just can't cope with that)

I liked the fist based weapons in Portia. In sandrock I go with Daggers. Tried the various others and found they didn't suit me.

i like the speed are area of attack of daggers. so those are my weapon of choice. But I enjoy how spear moves enemies about. I initially thought spear would be my go to for reach, but found that to be a non-issue
