Coarse leather?
I'm just started not for long... where i can get the "Coarse leather"??

Penski's and Boxing Jacks, out near Gecko Station.

They used to Drop from rockenrollyenas but that changed last update.

Edit: I don't want to spoil the game for you but if are still in the beginning part of the game you may be a little while before getting access to that area.

you can also pay the Civil Corps to get some for you if you have access

any where else? the bridge still working on it on my save progress

not since the latest update, you can only get them after you gain access to other side of the bridge
