Hello,

i read a lot about water in this Forum. Is the Water Problem now balanced? Or is it still annoing to get enough water for your needs?

Never had any problem with getting enough water. You can always buy some extra from Water World if you don't have enough. You can get a skill that reduces water consumption and a skill that reduces the amount of dew you need per water.

Yes, i red that in 5 months old Posts and in this it was a Huge Problem for a lot Players even with dew/skills and buy water. I buyd the game yesterday and dont know if from July to November this Problem is fixed/balanced.

Mostly for players with a lot factorys and at last with players that plant a lot.

I am kind of feeling a water pinch lately since the Industrial machines can't be refined (unless the hotfix changed it? Please tell me if it did). I went from Rare machines with useful effects to green with none (or little). I mean I buy water maybe once a week but I am glad I have 10 dew collectors. Maybe I will take a trip out in the desert and get the plants.

If you use a lot of farms then it might be a problem. But you can just make a decent amount of dew collectors to help you in that case.

Since i have pets my water issues have been solved. I send them to get water.

In the game is a bug that dont allow me to refine machines? Btw why you went from Rare machines to greens?

It is one of the tasks your pets can do for you. Use the whistle to gather them. Then talk to each pet and give it a task, in this case "gather water". Up to three pets can be given a task at the same time.

You can also use the control panel thing inside your house. I find it a bit easier than the pet whistle, but YMMV.

- Pets are totally OP for water. BUT pets are stupidly grindy to get.
- if you buy water a couple of times a week you'll have more than enough

If you don't want to buy water or use pets, then it's not fun at all.

I've never had a problem with water. Collecting dew becomes very manageable. Once you get your crops on biocrust, plus the various perks that go with crop growth speed, your water consumption evens out.

Industrial machines can be refined. I'm looking at my rare quality machines right now. The following machines can't be refined: Intermediate Water Tank, Advanced Worktable, Advanced Fire Powered Generator, and the Refiner itself.

I've been mass producing both the Refiner and Advanced Worktable to see if I can get a better quality directly from the Assembly Station, but so far it's been only greens. At least they sell well, so I can make up for the loss.
