Stairs in the house...

Before I get myself into a hot soup again, are the stairs in the house when you make a 2nd level user friendly now? I remember it being a total disaster and it just moved ALLL MY CHESTS AND THE ITEMS INSIDE to my mailbox, it was an utter nightmare than I just reloaded and gave up...

Ahhh, we have 2 more stair type choices? I have the original old ones I was using before, but did look at the new ones.

If you really want to be advanced move safe about it, I have one square (as small as possible) that is a chest room. It serves as a column for my upstairs areas and all the chests go in there. Minimal stuff hitting the mail box that way when mucking about with the house.
