How to put dew in water tank?

Hey guys, just wondering, I have dew and my water tank is empty, how do I insert the dew into the water tank

You need 10 dew, go to your workbench and make a bucket of water. Dew can't be put in the tank on it's own.

as a side note, later on in the skill tree you can reduce the dew amount down to 8
