i wish i could make houses like this but i dont understand the new system for "house building"... cant i have a premade house i can just buy and use

Looks pretty cool, but did you use mods to put the weather vane on top of the roof?
I tried to make a sort of balcony on top of a room and I could not put anything up there no matter if there was a flat roof or not, so a little curious to how you managed to do it :)
Also the big lights on top of your tower and the big pipes on the roof by the weather vane, these are not available in my game, are they from special unlock or mods? :)

There was some talk a few weeks ago here that they will be implementing pre built housing to choose from, but I am not sure of the specifics.

The pipes are ingame, just like the weather vane thing ... its in one of the tabs.
