Can you have a second floor?

Hello, I'm sorry if this has been addressed already, but can you add a second floor? If so how?

Yes. Add a second story at Construction Junction and it will automatically add stairs, but to customize the stairs you need the home editor kit also sold at construction junction. Select like.. stone or wood house or something and you can click and drag it on the roof + move the roof afterwards.

You need to unlock it under Knowledge.

I thought second floors are available at the start (I could be wrong).

You need to place it on an existing room so make sure your ground floor room is big enough and the roof is removed.
