And in the middle of all this, I have the green house blowing up and demanding parts I don't even have the resources to make yet, and then here come the trams, and and and.
Its all a little frustrating to me ... if I wanted to be pushed and have deadlines I'd play a completely different genre of game.
Search for tin ore in the level > 3.
I never ran out of bronze with this trick
If there's no deadline then don't feel rushed to do it, the main quests are a sort of tutorial to keep showing you what to do next but you don't have to bang them out immediately if there's no deadline.
Some personal/ side quests I've noticed have deadlines, but most of the main quest line doesn't seem to. I've gotten in the habit of quicksaving before talking to a townsfolk who has a quest, and if it's a timed one then I reload and don't accept it yet lol..
Edit: I can't spell apparently.
Some of the exits are literal holes in the floor. You dig down far enough and fall into the next level. Can't remember if 3 was one of those or not.
this, dive as deep as possible as quickly as possible. THEN go back and grind
