Peacock Feather Brooch?

Catori says she wants one, but I can't find a recipe for it anywhere and it isn't even listed on the wiki. Not yet implemented?

I don't recall seeing it on the Jewlry Machine. Will doublecheck next time I am in game. Wonder if the Recipie is in a chest somewhere like the Yak One.

Ok. If you go all the way north of your house and a bit east to the edge of the map near the rooster chicken mobs there will be a white outline of a bridge you can build with wooden boards and iron/steel bars and at the end there’s a birds nest that gives a bunch of different items. Peacock brooch, gold, orchid earrings etc. there’s another bridge to the left of the moisture farm (standing at the front door facing the yakmel station)and I’ve only checked it once but it has an opal node. not sure if there’s a recipe either but that’s where I found it.

Ahhh, I do remember seeing that outline to build there but didn't have the stuff needed at the time. Gotcha.

nest to the east of the map may not be working right now. Nothing has ever spawned in it in my game and I've had access to it for almost a whole game year.

Dunno what the two posters above me said (content still being checked), but I definitely remember finding the brooch randomly while delving in The Breach hazardous ruin.

I'm getting the content being checked all over the place. And sadly two of the threads are dang tech support stuff. Have no idea what ihateeverylastsingleittybittyoneofyou said or another poster. Am hoping the OP's can for help cause Steam (summer sale) is weird today.

Like you, Nishi, I've found it ruin diving and in the nest. So hopefully the OP can too. It's one of those things that shows when you don't need it or aren't looking. xD

Not sure if this is really north of your house but: To get to the bird's nest follow the tracks toward the gecko mine. After the mini bridge/gorge and just before the main bridge turn left and follow the path down and around the edge of the cliff. Eventually you'll come to a place where you either have to build a very rickety walking bridge or stop. The bird's nest will be at the end of the bridge you build. There's a small wooden bridge you'll have to walk/ride over on your way down to the nest, so look for that if you're having trouble finding the start of the path.

EDIT - found both bridges posted by OP .... now to wait and see if that nest gives anything cause right now its empty ...

EDIT ... i went by later like a few in game days later and i got the brooch from the nest - the one closest to the bridge not the farm

I have build both of the bridges, but I can't use them. Character just falls through it.

Since the nest drops can vary, you may also want to save just prior to checking!

(Like Nishi Kinuyo, I also remember coming across brooches in the hazardous ruins, although I'm not sure if there's a specific level where they're more prevalent.)
