Owen stops telling stories?

I've noticed that Owen has stopped telling stories at the Blue Moon every Saturday. I don't know when it happened, I only got to hear 2 or 3 and have been busy being a busy builder. Is he supposed to stop after a certain amount of time or a certain number of stories?

Not that I know of. Maybe other things can interrupt him but as far as I know in my game he still did them and I am on year 2 (Last one I went to was a about a week and a half back in game time, so I will try to check out the next one and report back.

Now Coop and Hugo haven't played (that I know of) in quite a while in my game, though I still see the stage set up with Music Gear on wednesdays (I think that was the day).

So yeah, still telling stories in my game (2nd year, Autumn Day 9 or so). Now granted the "watch the show" prompt is hard to get to if people are standing on or near it. Stories tend to repeat. Not sure but I think they only have 3-4 stories that I might recall.

NPCs aren't gathering for the stories and Owen is just doing his normal behind the counter thing for me.

Was there a sandstorm? I noticed he didn't do it when there was a sandstorm going. Just like the Church folk don't use the stage on Tuesdays and Thursdays when there is a sandstorm.

No sandstorm. I've checked on more than one Saturday evening now over the last game month and just nothing.

I've counted 8 stories, but that was before the latest update. He did tell a story the Saturday after the sandstorm, but Heidi was the only townie to show up. He doesn't tell them when there are Fireside Meetings or other events.
