Needs to be nerfed, my god the first time I ran into these guys it was a total loss. They don't miss, ever.

Agreed, unless it's an explosive mishap they WILL hit regardless of distance. Distance is not a modifier for hitting unlike other guns. What a nightmare it was fighting THREE rocket men.

Agreed. Why don't enemies like this have limited ammo? I had a group of three show up at once, and they spawned across the map from me, blind firing rockets at me until I was finally able to get around their cover and kill them. Even when I did get close, if I didn't outright kill one.. rockets to the face.

I'm surprised the mortar enemies haven't been this silly (yet?).

I always try and sneak around the map and find as many explosive guys as i can and take them out when no ones around so combat won't start

Agreed. RPG one of the least accurate weapons ever made is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ H.E. sniper rifle in this game.

I totally agree with that. In fact, I will freeze the game until the rocket guys have been dealt with by the devs.

Yeah, i once had defend a sector against 8 (!) of these Mofos. All of my merc died in first round.

During rainy weather, their mishap chances are higher and it's hilarious to see them blast their teammates. Besides that, remember that being prone gives a huge explosion damage reduction, which increases the survival chance by a fair margin. I've never had real issues with them, but I noticed that they tend to delete militia with ease.

Actually, I would suggest removing them completely and replacing them with something else.

Because right now they're just completely broken.

Yeah true, its odd our mercs only have the range of a sniper rifle while aiming a Rpg, but yet the enemies can shoot clear across the map and direct hit us 95% of the time even when all my mercs were proned it still hit

First time i encounter them, the squad of 10 .. 4 of them was bazooka. They wipe the entire map (first town) and my entire team. I try 4 times to .. at least .. not having one merc dying.

Finally i use auto-resolve to end this nightmare.

Its not like there's a reason for so many enemies to be packing RPGs when this game doesn't even feature vehicles like JA2 did.

Idk.

Everytime I see a rocket man I start to laugh cause they always mess up in my game.

They have killed countless of their teammates.

In the rate case they do not kill themselves or their team mates, their hit a tree or telephone post or any other thing that's randomly in the way...

If they ever hit, it's devastating, but that rarely happens in my playthrough

Dunno, when I encounter them, they misshap more than not.

Just wait till you get to the Army's rocketeers over the Legions much more accurate and literally hits every single time
