Stuttering and Sound
Devs: the gameplay is awesome. However, we need a fix for the bad stuttering, both in audio and video. I'm on a Ryzen 5 5600X and a 3060ti.

Can you please try the following and check if it improves?

Set game to High Priority
This method causes your operating system to allocate more resources to Jagged Alliance 3 that are marked as High Priority – this can significantly improve your gaming experience and give more FPS in Jagged Alliance 3.
To set the game to high priority:
Open Jagged Alliance 3
While in-game, open Task Manager (press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC at the same time)
Go to the Details tab and find the main process of the game.
Right-click on Jagged Alliance 3 and hover your mouse to Set Priority then choose High.
Restart the game

I tried, because i have the same problem. In general it worked better while V-Sync (60Hz) was activated and your mentioned improvement advice. But i still had problem's with stuttering even when shown fps was steady at 60, it was less though. For me i do not have problems with sound stuttering but with the animation's.

System Ryzen7 3xxx, RTX 2070S, 32 GB RAM, installed on SSD.

Game is so much fun, i can not wait to step further!!!! <3

Same here, the music is crackling on my Desktop Ryzen 7 5700 + RTX 4070
It's fine on my Zephyrus Laptop with a mobile 3080 so maybe this is a sound driver issue? (90s calling ;)

Yeah i have the same problem, It seems like there are certain locations that makes the game choppy. For me its mostly areas that have water puddles and a large groups of civillians ;P.
Tried all kinds of video settings to make it run smothly but nothing seems to work.
what ever happened to dev's actually testing their game properly BEFORE releasing??? like seriously.....

Try to disable Shadows and Reflexion both eat near all Power from your PC i have only a 1060 GTX and an 10 Years old PC but after i Turn off shadow and Reflexion i was able to set all other on Ultra and play with Constant 60 FPS and no Animation Stutter or sound stutter anymore

Since the last update, the game for me is outright unplayable in crowded foggy areas. I have never seen it this bad, it is like a bad connection multiplayer lag. What is funny is fps is showing up normal. It's starting to piss me off a little to be honest.

Dust storms in C7 are brutal while playing co-op
