In JA2:
Wisdom is one the least "trainable" attributes a merc has. It can be increased slowly by training militia and successfully doing work with explosives, such as setting and disarming bombs and bandaging patients in the field.
In JA:
You can increase wisdom, agility and dexterity by killing snakes in the water for many times. The best way is to save every time, when the snake puts the merc under water. In most ways the merc uses the knife. If not, load the last save. In the best way, you increase wisdom more than 5 points.
My caracter have participated in every Trainning session (maybe 8 total). Kalyna never participated (she only have 3 session for her Dex at the start). So be a student didnt make for it.
And be a teacher increase Leadership
Yes I know that being a teacher increases Leadership. If discovering something is the only way to increase Wisdom (after lvl 91) then I don't think we can max every character in wisdom.
Not sure of any action that levels it up. Not teaching.
This is good to know. That said, it's not something you can practically raise on more than one character
So spotting herbs, traps, loot etc.
It's still very slow to increase. An IMP with 85 starting wisdom ended the campaign with about 93 wisdom, with being the only char on the map for 90% of the time.
