Mass Grave H3

If you investigate the mass grave in H3 with a character with a high enough mechnical skill, you detect rifles and some other stuff.

But there is a popup reading + Remorseful

What does that mean? What is the impact?

evry solder has a moral value and i think the effect is that your morale drops. on normal difficulty that wasnt much of a problem but on the elite difficulty you are maybe better of when having always high moral.

Your spiritual/"good" characters take offence. The ones that have faith perk (even hopeless shots get a little hit chance) get remorseful, good ones (not sure what determines it, but IMP one is one of them) get only guilty.

Remorseful lowers morale level by 2, guilty by 1.

My IMP merc took a -1 morale hit and Igor took a -2 morale hit. Even if I looted the grave with them on the other side of the map. In retrospect I should have sent them to a new map, then looted. I have not been able to boost individual morale and it's really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

I believe you need a leader in your group. My merc I made had 60 leadership and my team was at -1 morale. I hired Raider, had him train my merc up to 80 leadership and the morale went to stable with no penalties.

Its not so much a debuff as a bad morale event. Neutral chars. will take...Uhh...-1. Spiritual chars. take -2. Psychos won't care, but there are outliers to this, like Kalyna not caring, or Scoundrels also not so worried.

Ok so it is NOT permanent. Mine eventually went away, but it had nothing to do with anything I did trying to remove it. They must be on some kind of in game timer. Interestingly my -2 penalty went away before my -1. Also you can get temporary +'s to individual morale. Two I have seen are proud and righteous.

the game needs to tell you that ANY penalty to your max AP removes the ability to full auto. the devs really need to change how the AP cost is calculated for full auto.
