what do Scope's cookies do?
As it says in the title. Scope keeps baking cookies (biscuits) and I can't find out what they do. I've tried having characters eat them in and out of battle, but don't see any effect. Can anyone tell me what in-game effect they have?

heals 15hp i think but not injury damage and refresh active traits (double grenade from fidel or steroid smash) during combat.
