Who is a psycho ? I try to recruit her and it says no psycho in team

That's right, just like the others require checks such as Medical or Wisdom, that person requires a squad member with Psycho trait. Don't have one, you're out of luck unless you can hire one fast enough. If you can get 3 or 4 of the old women on your side, it helps your quest and helps the fight. You can also train militia to help with the fight.

Fidel, Meltdown, Nails have Psycho trait

Meltdown is cheapest of those three. she has bigger chance to decline to join. If she declines just make sure to have $50,000 in reserve. that makes her 100% to join your merc.

Also for merc to arrive to any port it will take them 36 hours. See how much time you have for N-night and if it is worth the trouble.

Don't worry about it too much. Generally a good team (leadership, wis, and med) can recruit everyone else - but they just get in the way, don't accomplish much, and slow the turns down. And if one dies you lose loyalty.

I dont need them to help in the fight... Just to complete a quest if I need all grannies to fight
