Is it possible to turn off "Under the Weather" during the game?

I've chosen "Under the Weather" rule when starting new game. Few hours ahead I realized that it's hard to play - each fight is started in bad weather conditions. Everyone misses, both mercs and enemies. It's boring to play this way.

Is is possible to turn off "Under the Weather" rule after game started? I see no such property in the Options menu.

i am playing 3 differrent playthroughs with differrent settings
and havent played around with changing them during the game

but in case you cannot change it and want to keep the savegame
(maybe for later)
from my experience under the weather is very advantageous for mellee fighters and stealth kills

I agree. I was annoyed of fog and dust storms, too. But then I started using it as an advantage.

And no, I don't think weather effects can be disabled during a playthrough.
