Report a translation problem
I am at the point in my playthrough where I now control the entire left side of the map if you use the outpost in the middle of the map as the cut off point.
You will get most of the game when you conquer the whole map before doing the endgame but you have the free choice how to play the game. Good shooting !
Also, as far as the "entire map" is concerned, there's obviously very little point in visiting every single sector just to turn them blue.
I feel like the best choice is to go along the river, capturing outposts and ports, and just go from point of interest to point of interest, leaving the team of Hitman and Kalyna behind to train militia.
