Saving Dr. Kronenberg

Does she always turn no matter what you do? I tried to play this out in different ways, but always to the same end.
I refuse to let her continue infect people. That's both dumb and immoral.
However the game states she will die in about a week. I returned with 4 samples in 6 days, and she still turned.
There is also some info info you can get from the Doc Roberts arc, where it says he hopes that Dr Kronenberg doesn't discover some of his experimentation results. Even having obtained this info, it doesn't seem to help her.
Not sure if I'm missing something or this quest always ends the same way.

I don't think there is a way to save her. How you do the mission affects one of the end game slides and that's about it.

Do the Ubahn mission, and it will all finally make sense and tie up any loose end to the story.
