-Any of these sectors are controlled by the player:
D14, D15, D16, C14, C15, C16
from what I read if you move early to one of these sectors it will automatically trigger mid-game so you then only need to take care of Mayor, Colonel and Major. So you could maybe rush Fleatown, Fort near Fleatown and then sail north.
Also seen a video on youtube some time ago, if you are inside 1-2 sectors from Major's location it will also trigger the mid-game.
Pretty much boils down to drop-rng
If you get your hand on a FNFAL and go stealt, it's pretty much just about choosing the correct sectos to move through, sectors you actually fight for and fights you just sneak through and 'retreat in the wrong direction'
If you outright ignore Militia and quests, it's pretty much possible to do solo, although I wouldn't try it on impossible and save restricted
Not Time is money though but Iron-Possible-Wolf ^.^
1. Started with Barry for easy early Shaped Charge kills and some drop-farming
2. Transitioned to Livewire to mod up guns and with the given guns, even managed to use her for quite a bit of Info-Gathering (her double-trait regarding that she gets info more often and can unveil enemies is just broken for lone-wolf-mid game)
3. Brought in my Imp with 40 health, 0 explo/tec/med, everything else 85, trait Psycho, Perks night Ops and Stealth, speced him into full stealth
Playtime: ~16 hours (including 2 failed attempts pretty early on)
Finishing date: 07.09.
Also did Luckys Treasure Hunt Quest and the Diesel Quest as I missed to fully complete those in my first playthrough
"BBuT AlL ThE MinEs anD 0 ExPlo?!?1?1?11?!" <--- I just finished a 60 hours playthrough before, prettym uch remembered 90% of all mines ;)
EDIT: Oh, Barry went to lvl 5, Livewire lvl 7 and my IMP level 10
Major was ... well, LOTS of running away,re-stealth, stealth-kill, running away, take cover (with perks to get AP next round), rinse and repeat xD
Santiago was LOTS of sneaking and a bunch of mustard gas grenades
Colonel was ... 30 mustard mortars ... 40 40mm HE (mostly blind, more like maual carpet bombing, .50 cal BBarret, AK74 with AP, .50 cal DEagle (~80% of enemies indeed died to me blind firing mustard gas and 40mmHE, the rest was taken care of mostly during stealth from a vantage point) <---. Pretty much ovverkill by wide margin bbut wasn't going to gamble on the last encounter *g*
EDIT 2: This only leaves 10 Crits In One Turn, No Dead Civillians (♥♥♥♥ those suicidal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ -.-) and Time Is Money and with the Lonewolf+Impossible, I'd say Time Is Money is VERY much possible solo (I really wasted a lot of ingame time)
Yep
As long as you don't have more then 1 merc at the same time, it's all good
Although I stopped 1 of the 2 mentioned tries because:
Barry died early, not such a big issue, can give another merc a try (have gone for fox due to her trait being helpful) but as I entered the sector in which Barry dies, his 'dead portrait' and Fox wer put in 1 squad, what made me question if this would still count but instead of risking to lose 10 hours and not get lone wolf I just restarted completely.
But as long as you fire your old merc before you hire your new merc, everything's peachy
Sector inventories are global so if Day 1 - 14 Merc A is hired, does stuff and drops stuff in K10 f.e., then you either fire him or just don't renew the contract and hire Merc B aber Merc A left and Merc B is active from day 15 to day 30, including picking up the stuff Merc A dropped in K10, theny Lone Wolf still applies
That's why you really need to make sure to not go for the wrong answers/path with recruitables as they'll join instantly, therefor forcing you out of Lone Wolf
Also some mods might interact strangely with some of those very specific achievements (only used QoL stuff beforehand like hit chance but disabled all mods for this try, just to be safe, it's one thing to not get achievements while casually playing but it's another thing if you're going for a specific achievement and notice 15 hours later that it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by a mod xD)
Playing the speedrun, minus solo, for all good slides is the subject of a guide I am working on. It is possible(the game is balanced around it) and I am going through my second playthrough of that now, on MI difficulty instead of easy.
The most unreasonable playthrough would be solo/ironman/speedrun/good slides. To do all the quests you need to pass a lot of skill checks, and that might be attainable by firing and hiring whomever you need, but it would add a lot of delays.
All Good Slides possible within 30 Days?
This needs:
Getting The Green Diamond
Having Chimurenga partner up with Madam
Support th Museum (includes defending the museum)
President lives
Pierres is freed
Red Rabies is healed
Getting all Evidence vs Santiago, including Ditch
Diesel is solved and given to noone
I'm not saying that it's not possible but ... I really would like a video series on it as I honestly think that it indeed is not possible to do this within 30 days, vanilla*
*Because modded everything is possible as you can just teleport around completely negating the ingame time and instagib everyone
Even with extreme save scumming I indeed doubt it but I would LOVE to see a playthrough of it, just to giggle, even the tenth time, the person trying it realizes that this attempt failed AGAIN *g*
Lone Wolf + Time Is Money is absolutey possible, yes.
Time Is Money + All Good Endings is not *g*
