Is this a bug? Scope plus iron sight

Ok, I have now two GEWEHR 98.

The first: pgraded the iron sight first (+2 aiming to 7), then to the quick prism scope (and it still shows 7 on the aiming bonus)
The second: I went straight to the quick prism update and in doesn't show the +2 (so it's a 5)

Is this a bug or I'm missing something?

I can't replicate the bug.

do you by any chance have match bullets in your first gewerh rifle? that would explain 7+2

Improved iron sights doesn't give +2 aim. It gives a small boost to aim but not visible on modify tab. If you load match bullets in any weapon then you will see +2 aim.

I didn't notice it cause I provided both of them with the standard version but didn't check the ammo already loaded on the newfound rifle.
