Its not Possible. The Game have no shops to sell things. All what you can do with your Stuff is to break it and make with the Parts your Weapon better

There is a buyer in Fleetown market. Also there are some special Npcs who will give you things for parts.

In Vanilla JA3?I dont rmember to find any NPC that buy something from me the Only trader i find sell only 1 Item every time and you must take it from the table as they have no Trade lines and you can not choise what you get

The Sanatorium (H12) will buy medicine from you, they're the only place that you could consider a true trader because it's possible to sell to them indefinitely (once per day which is irritating). Note: You can sell to them before starting Dr Kronenburg's quest

All other NPCs that buy things from you are special events and they will only purchase a specific item from you one time only (for example, you can sell Father Tooker a diamond when you first meet him)

Never sell your parts. It's extremely useful for weapon modding, whereas money tends to become a non-issue as the game progress.

I would also say never sell medicine either. I am always low, but maybe I just get my team wounded a lot?

There are no shops in the Vanilla game. There are some mods that let you buy stuff from different vendors via dialog option. There is one shop online yet and Bobby Ray's will be the other in the coming update. The vendor mods do not let you sell anything, except for weapon parts, vanilla ammo and medicine. For now the only option to make the money you need is...mines. I'd love to see a sell option with Bobby Ray's, but I'm 90% sure it won't have it.

I checked again, and there is a guy called Scrap Collector in Fleetown who buys 30 parts for 300 $. I made a screenshot, but I don't know how to attach it here.

The whole idea of scavenging, say finding the stuff you need went south. For example that guy, mentioned above in Fleatown was planned to sell you parts which gets obvious when listening to him advertising his wares. In fact you now sell parts to him which is basically not going to happen as you won't sell those parts you are in dire need of to mod at least a few weapons.
As said, the scavenging system has utterly failed, which explains the upcoming Bobby Ray's online shop with the next update. Roughly every 4th question in the forums is related to "where is my shop?" A fact that couldn't be ignored any longer I guess...

You can't sell weapons. You can only scrap weapons that you don't want or need for parts. DON'T SELL PARTS FOR $$$$. It isn't worth it. Scrap is important for modifying your weapons and crafting ammo if you are low on ammo.

It is very strange a professional mercenary entrepreneur cannot buy weapons by himself (and not just in the assignment location, but at home) and equip his squad beforehand, or early in game (before reaching fleamarket, which isn't so much 'professional' as source either)...

Maybe devs thought game would become too easy if you enjoyed a pro store?
