Should I wipe out boss blaubert's entire squad to get smiley?

Seems like a lot of work to wipe out boss blaubert's squad to get smiley.. Also not sure how to get Molly.. The brothel lady wants me to get Molly but Molly wants to stay with Blaubert.. How do I resolve that? Should I get Smiley? Blaubert doesn't seem like a bad guy overall.

Your choice but in my view Smiley is NOT worth the trouble and investment you need to get him to join. His most useful function is getting Biff to hand over the green diamond without a fight.

Well, I will say it's better to use your main squad in a Retreated Area then shoot the out side enemy first. Try to kill as many as you can before you may get overwhelmed by the inside enemy that will come out to attack you and even the Boss will come out but don't kill him just retreat.

You may attack again and then sneak to snipe the remaining enemy guards at his mansion that way only the Boss remains alive so when you get Smiley to face off with him your team can kill him easy and Smiley stays alive and you can hire him. He is Free.

Yes, if you want to hire free merc Smiley.
No, if you don't want to fail The Right Hand man quest.
No, if you want to continue selling diamonds to Father Tooker.

Leave Smiley locked up for now, first get Luigi, then side with BooBoo, Let Luigi and BooBoo fight it out, Kill BooBoo in the crossfire (friendly fire), Kill Luigi and the guy with the thing, kill everyone who is still shooting, eventually they all stop shooting, make sure Molly is still alive, go free Smiley and bring him to talk to Molly. Molly will go back to the brothel, Smiley will work for you for free.

There is the 2nd method, where you first kill all of BooBoo's men outside. Then go see BooBoo all alone in the mansion. I never did it this way, so don't really know the steps to do it this way.

Well I freed Smiley already and I never found a guy named Luigi

Boss Blaubert gives you a quest to free Luigi from "The Good Place" (prison near Port Cacao). You must have skipped that quest.

There is a second part to that quest back at Boss Blauberts mansion where Luigi tries to take control of the gang and you need to choose sides. If you take Luigi's side and kill Boss Blaubert I don't think it's possible to recruit Smiley (open to correction)

Haha, yup, everyone is double crossing everyone. It's the only way to play this stupid crazy game.

You can recruit Smiley if you side with Luigi. However if you talk to Smiley first, you won't get the option of who to side with and you have to kill both Blaubert and Luigi's squad.

I've played it many ways the way I described above is the last time I tried it and to me it was easy to get Smiley. Iv'e done the good place to freeing him and sided with him when I showed up and the fight was nice having sided with Luigi and I was still able to get Smiley and keep her alive and the talk goes the same way when Smiley shows up I even got the Thing blades one that he gave me and the other one as loot. I let Luigi live as the new ruler so I don't know all the outcomes I mean if you kill the boss that quest shows it's completed just not the way of doing the longer quest it's just closes it in green so I don't know?
