I am so glad of that. Thanks for answering.
Because Unity has proven to be POS and people may not want to support them or worry about any fallout from Unity's stupidity??
What a dumb question lol.
All of that and this:
Death to the zombies!!!
Is not like that because if devs have to pay for something they didn´t a while ago then they may remove their games as happened already to some of them which will be removed 1st of January the next year. Even so, if they remain to stay the increase in costs won´t be on their shoulders only and will affect the gamers too, most probably.
So, I wouldn´t say your question was dumb, but this that I expose sounds like answers it.
That is actually a valid concern, although Unity had made changes to their initial pricing changes. Still, they're left with probably zero credibility whatsoever.
unity is more for cheap made chinese mobile games or some simple selfmade games. that nothing for a professional game company.
And yet some very popular games were made with it.
Rimworld, Valheim, V-Rising, Wasteland, Owlcats RPG, Disco Elysium...
Of course, you're certainly helping a developer by not purchasing his product he gets revenue from anyway. You like soy milk, don't you?
Where are people like you coming from, I swear.
Btw I read in a developers site that they went as far as REMOVING the TOS of Github for Unity. I mean, you don´t need much more to know who are managing Unity in this moment.
