I found the option to open it was in the context menu. Maybe you need enough inventory space to do so or open it in the sector inventory?
And for that I missed to defend the N-Night invasion ... just great.
I'm on unforgiving Mission Impossible and use a mod which makes enemy AI better and weapons more dangerous (which nicely tones down the insanely op melee), machineguns are the strongest weapons with it, as it should be. In the second weapon delivery there was a HK 21 which now Fox uses to wipe as many people as Grunty with his RPK 74 or Minimi. Great.
dont assume. "equip" it(put it in your inventory).

So the Légion exports weapons, since it's going to leave Grand Chien? Probably just some junk they found in places like The Rust. Surely nothing to get worked up about. But I am curious.
