Which door entrance? Set overwatch first before flipping the switch to open the door.
The other door entrance? Dakka, dakka, dakka.
For the switch and doors later, that is one map where proximity explosive were useful (they are crap in TB combat otherwise :) )
If you have a machine gun, overwatch one of the doors after you neutralize the first 3 enemies. I think there are more/worse guys coming from the door to the left of the entrance. If you don't have a machine gun you may need 2 or 3 overwatch hits to take down the enemies coming from the sides.
For me this has never been a map where just shooting guys one by one works out well.
