Anyway to raise Landsbach loyalty at all

Second playthrough and after acquiring the mine, loyalty generally hovers at 50 percent or so. Legion attacks rarely come and once the chokepoint south of it is taken over, there usually is no more chance to raise loyalty.
I realize the Good Place can raise some of the loyalty but from 55 percent, it seems it is basically impossible to reach 100 percent loyalty for Landsbach?

My Landbach is on 90% loyalty. I think i didn't release enough prisoners at Good Place. At the time, didn't seem like a good idea to release more criminals into society. Now, just CBF going all the way to the opposite end of the map to release those innocent prisoners.

Not sure which tasks you have not completed for Landsbach?

Landsbach quests all done. Did 1st the achievement way and this time sided with Bounce but both of them are just above 50 percent or so loyalty

Also Goodplace had only ine prisoner related to Landsbach for 2 loyalty points. Rest eere gor other locations.

Do the good Diesel ending, kill both sides, don't take over Chalet de la Paix and let the enemy attack the sector. Take over the Chalet once you have 100% loyalty.

This is the way but it will be very long game time since rng decides enemy squad destination.
