How to get more C4 endgame?

Is there a way to get more C4 and blade sharpener at the end of the game when you've almost looted every sector on the map?

Only way i know is through using mod, where is a mod called "scrap explosive and ammo" or something like that, it allows you to scrap some mortar shells into C4, but otherwise no - where is no special way. Amount of C4 you have is heavily based on your luck with RNG, because it can spawn in most top and middle level containers/stashes, where is a good guide that shows loot level of all sectors in the game:

In theory, save scumming entry to sectors with 30 and 40 containers can give you C4, but it may take a lot of time doing that and hardly feels fair. If you don't mind cheating, you can just use program like Artmoney or CheatEngine to multiply the stack of C4 you already have, but i would not advise that, especially because programs like that like to be hosts for viruses.

Blade sharpener is a rare item as well, and you meant to see only a few of them during campaign, you can usually find one in Fleetown and another in Cacao. However where is a shop in the game at sector in lower right corner of the map that sells sharpened machete, so it's in endless supply, since shop inventory do respawn.
