Desert Eagle vs Glock 18

so, for folks that actually use pistols... I want to finally give Fox 2 pistols and have 2 modded Glocks 18 from Fleatown. But on the other hand, I just had my first Desert Eagle and I was wondering - which one would you guys chose for ambidextrous merc?

Glock18 at pinblank is amazing. It powerful enough kill most enemy.
Desert Eagle can do the same. Dont even need 2.

Desert Eagles are a lot rarer for me. I actually have never seen one. Glock 18s are extremely effective with dual shot but the range kind of blows. If you are playing with no mods it's great because it's probably the best use for 9mm. Before you get Glock 18s dual Uzi's are effective as well, with longer range.

Since you can't use burst fire with both guns when dual-wielding, it makes dual burst weapons like Glock and Uzis a bit clunky to use, you will always be torn between two single bullets or a burst of only one of the guns. I tend to favor single-fire high damage guns like Desert eagles, but there's an argument to be made for a combination of a burst-fire gun like an Uzi + a single fire high damage gun like a desert eagle.

If you can stomach the lack of symmetry ofc. For some people, it's abhorrent.

Dual Uzis do fire a burst; a critical headshot barrage from them with Vicki can easily clear 200 damage.

Between Glock and Deagle, I prefer dual Deagles; .50 explosive ammo is nasty.

yeah, would love to test two Desert Eagles but I still have only one haha
