M.E.R.C. Lost and Found, where is it?

What a weird quest, I want to have everything done before the endgame, already found several of these, but where is the next? I am looking for the "Pantagruel" one.

Iirc the most hidden one is in the Fitht Twin Inn behind a locked door and "guarded" by a rather unruly patron.

Check the West side of Pantagruel map, close to the travel marker if I am not mistaken.

When you open the notes log, there should be "..." or straight up sector number written. Clicking on it will center you on the sector where it is located, at least that is how I found the last one.

You can click an option to track a quest from the Notes tab. The sectors that are important will have a marker on them.

When you are in the map view, on the bottom right there are several buttons. 2nd from the tops says Notes

if you press that it shows every sector with a quest, that you know of, that is how I found all the sectors.

Better yet, just go into the options and turn item highlight to TOGGLE so it stays on when you press the key.

You can switch the view on the strategic map, the UI at the lower right corner.

It shows you all locations for quests by putting a marker on the sectors that you can mouse-over.

Hmm. I found all 3 backpacks but nothing happens in the brothel zone D7. What am I missing?
