town is much happier, and you get the "winner" music when you are done killing them all.
seriously, town ends up at 85% happiness with this route. best ending by far.

Killing both = 45% Loyality
Killing Siggi = 60% Loyality
Killing Bounce = 45% Loyality
So in my scenario Kiling Siggi and sparinb Bounce seems to be best. But there was also a tank with a fluid near mine entrance. Wisdom check successful but no more other benefits.
