Are there consequences to Siegfried?
Obviously, Siegfried spoilers ahead:



Is the Siegfried von essen questline relevant for later in the game?

It seems like you have 4 ways to do this:
Kill Bounce, help Siegfried.
Kill Siegfried, help Bounce.
Kill both.
Let both live.


Did anyone see any differences later in the game based on this? Or is it just fluff and for roleplay part of the game?

Probably different endings though i don't know, i just sided with Siegfried cause it was obsiously the easiest way to get the mine

It's up to you I guess. If you look beyond Landsbach Siegfried is having a mark on the region (see hospital questline) - so killing him might not be "bad".

kill both has the best ending for the town. who wants to be part of some ancient Nazi experiments FFS? seriously, you get the highest experience and best outcome if you make sure you get all the signs that sig heil has been tampering with the drugs, and you tell him to go to hell where he belongs. The other clown just wants to keep selling the drugs, so he will show up to be murdered as well. don't go back and tell fight clubber you found the "gasoline".
town is much happier, and you get the "winner" music when you are done killing them all.

seriously, town ends up at 85% happiness with this route. best ending by far.

Killing both = 45% Loyality
Killing Siggi = 60% Loyality
Killing Bounce = 45% Loyality

So in my scenario Kiling Siggi and sparinb Bounce seems to be best. But there was also a tank with a fluid near mine entrance. Wisdom check successful but no more other benefits.
