have lots of ammo and be patient watch out for arty.
Having Barry and his special grenades with you also helps to disable bunched up enemies. A SMG runner for quick enemy tapping is also a good strategy. As is dodging the mortar attacks. (just move out of the red circle, easy-peasy)
I was minding my own business in the lower part of the map when I got the message from Biff, so I sent my closer (weaker) squad to him. Was in a hurry to intercept the assault squad. Got into couple sector fights on my way there. Then it happened so that everyone is beaten up (a bit) and weapons are malfunctioning often. On top of that, fight with assault squad happened in the middle of nowhere with barely any cover, so melee and shotgun guys overwhelmed me.
I decided to not intercept them then and go straight to A8 - like maybe whoever is there will help me win the fight.
By the time I won third wave everyone had 30% of HP and my only sniper broke so there's that. Just came there underprepared and had no time to fix & heal on top of that
