MIA (Missing in Action)

A good number of mercenaries that I had not recruited yet have gone missing in action (MIA)....are they dead or will they come back later on?

As far as I can tell, MIA means they're...Well. Missing in Action. They won't come back and I guess its implied they disappeared on some other mission they went on. Its probably been in-game months since...uhh.....Ice went MIA.

I think its a random function that removes certain mercs each game so you don't get to hire everyone in every game , adds a bit of replayability
someone will probably mod it out later on

Hopefully. Roster is already small, so I am not very fond about this aspect of the game
