Why most female mercs hate Fox?

I think they are going for a jealousy vibe. The idea is that she's pretty, talented, and good at killing...also the flirtiness doesn't hurt.

"Buns" has despised Fox since JA2, complete with the "sizzle" line. I think it has to do with Monica's priggish personality and thinking Fox's constantly flaunting her sexuality makes it harder for female mercs to be taken on their own merits as skilled professionals, rather than eye-candy or bed-warmers. (And let's face it, the flirtiness can get a little much... especially given the thing with Miguel's son in her updated bio. :rolleyes:)

Mouse does not like Fox and gets a perma -1 morale for being on the same team with her. And that's if you can get her to sign up to begin with if Fox is already on team.

Otherwise the other two with Fox related issues are Buns and Steroid...who was male last I checked. Admittedly I didn't check too close.

Steroid doesn't dislike Fox iirc, it's Fox who dislike him.

Well, the only women I've hired are Mouse, Buns, Livewire, and Fox, which was why I assumed that most women dislike Fox. But if you're saying that out of all of those I could've hired by chance I picked the only 2 who hates her then I guess I made the wrong assumption.

As for the question: Can't speak for the higher tiers, but among the recruit tier, only Mouse hates her. If I recall correctly, when I tried to hire Mouse after Fox, she said something about how Fox's recklessness would get them all killed one day.
