Can't believe they managed to make Steroid sound even more ridiculous than he did in JA2. But he is quite entertaining alright.

Steroid simply is the best.

He has great stats, great price to performance ratio, and a great physique;)

I love his voice acting and the obviously cheesy Arnold vibes he gives ...
1 shot per turn and not enough speed to run in melee due to low AP. And punch skill is more of a joke than anything since it deals too low of a damage to kill even lowliest bandits, while pushes enemies even further away crippling speed even further.
