Hiring Flay

I saw a few questions on this and saw a few "solutions". It may have been changed to this after some other issues. BUT, Flay is in a cave at C6 with a jeep and a poacher. I dont wanna spoil it for anyone so I'll just say - This is the 3rd set of antlers territory despite what was posted online in various places. Just hired him.

Flay can be found in various places. I have found him standing alone in an open savanna zone and in the cave after triggering something. It's not fixed.

also the bodies are not always in the same spots... the variations are limited though. When you´re out to find him, you´ll find him...

He spawn after you examine all the bodies he left, it doesn't matter the place as long as you finished checked all the bodies he will spawn (total 4 bodies)

Well I dunno about you but I don't like poachers. And besides, all the mercs are serial killers anyway. Except Larry (and maybe Kalyna) who's just on drugs and fighting against zombies. Unless he's not on drugs. Then he becomes a serial killer too.

i fail to see any non-lethal way of handling things (inc. Qs cd reset), thus this applies to everyone, especially those that cheer when heads explode (which again is everyone).
also after hiring flay, he starts to serial kill people the game wants me to serial kill, thus hiring him is probably good karma.
i´d make a comment about the area of the world this fictional country is located in, but this would probably get me banned and we see an increase in similar zones in "the west" so...
not my problem.

Just get Larry, who is a dynamite god, alas a lot too late, if I knew. I know any/many player find him crap, but if I knew I'd pick him a lot sooner.

So now give me the spoils, how really hire Flay? If he is in a random location that seems hard to get him.

Yeah Nah, it's much worse. He may not be a crazy psycho; but instead he's got Make em Bleed, and Lone Wolf. You definitely do not want to be alone with this guy.
