Mods not showing in mod manager Solution
If your mods suddenly stop working.
Goto Appdata (roaming, start -> run -> %appdata%\)
goto Jagged Alliance 3.
Create a mods folder (lower case works, not testing anything else)

put them in there.
If you're downloading them from steam, do above steps.
goto steam installation folder (programfiles x86), -> steam -> steamapps -> Workshop -> Content -> 1084160 (dont know if its different for others i suspect not) -> Copy the folders in here (mine said 3005062635 & 3007587788).
Goto mods folder just created in appdata roaming.
Paste
Reload game.

Worked for me.
Please post feedback if this worked for you and if you had this problem to begin with.

Typically you would create a mod folder for manually installing mods from places like Nexus Mods. Steam Workshop mods are stored where you mentioned. That number is the same for everyone because it's the Steam App ID for Jagged Alliance 3.

Odd that yours weren't showing but if that works then it works. Good tip for anyone else with the same problem.

I had a similar issue where I would subscribe to a mod and it would not show up in the game. I tried a bunch of things and then remembered that I had put steam in "offline" mode because I was on a work VPN. Putting Steam back in "Online" mode fixed it for me. Maybe not the same issue, but I just wanted to mention it.

its not so hard and before steam offers this option we needed always do it this way. sometimes even overwriting original game datas or other more difficult things (for a none modder). so just copy something in a folder is much easier than some years ago.
