Biff & Green Diamond *Spoiler*

So I saved Biff in A8 from the waves. After that he just decides to take the green diamond with him and I can't even disagree. Is there a way to get the diamond at this point without killing Biff? Thanks

3. Go to Sanatorium where Larry can be cured = Start quest Red Rabies (Outbreak).

You can let her continue with the experiments. She will continue to kill countless innocents in the name of science, but at least you'll have no time limit this way and will have to live with the thought that you basically condoned mass murder. For science, of course.

4. Cure Lary
5. Get back to A8
6. Talk to Biff - he will give u the intel (for saving his life) + He will give u green diamond (thanks to Cured Larry).

TADAM - u have both: DiamIntel
7. Go back to Sanatorium area and proceed with Outbreak quest:
How to Cure the Red Rabies (Outbreak quest walkthrough)

WARNING:
When u will step on Refugee camp - it triggers this massacre so be aware.

If you have Smiley with you, he can be convinved to hand it over

There is also an alternative option to what Cylian said:
If Larry is no longer addicted (hospital detox therapy) Biff also hands over the green diamond

Third alternative: He handed it to Chimurenga with a dialogue option opened through a wisdom check. I had Livewire in my party to make the check.

Where can I do that? Looks like it's not possible in D8 Pantagruel Hospital (or I don't know how to do it...)

It's to be done in the hospital @ H12. But beware - you have to make a timed quest there (more details can be found in this guide).

So sober Larry has to be the solo wolf for OZZO =)

Not sure if this was changed in a patch, but the solution does not work anymore / in my playthrough.
After you leave the sector without talking to him (and therefore without getting evidence as well), Biff will just leave on his own, taking the diamond with him.

/edit: however, it looks as though you can keep him there if you leave at least one of your mercs in the sector. So ostensibly, you could send your other mercs to go sober up Larry while one merc stays with Biff.

I don't think you can recruit him. I've searched for which mercs can be recruited for free and he isn't one of them. He just shows up to speak to Biff between waves. I did manage to get Biff to give it to him via a dialog check.

1. i once had it that chimurenga didnt join the fight - till now i have no idea how it is triggered (or not triggered).
2. isnt it better to just fight the attack squad (the mayor is sending) before they reach biff? and do the fight withh biff later (nr. 5 in the to do list)
