You can run out the MG overwatch moving safely behind a garden wall... for whatever reason. Once that's done, plink and repeat. Headhunter usually roams through the house, but he shouldn't be too much trouble to deal with.

Is this fight worth it honestly ? I am still shooting with AKs and those guys are tough, I feel like giving it a pass for now.
After you exit the basement position your mercs as close to the wall as possible. This way you will be as far away from the enemy and they won't be able to shoot at you and will only close the distance.
Use flare sticks or flare gun to give you vision. Throw pipe bombs for 3AP then shot the pipebomb with another merc. Then throw another pipe bomb. shoot that one as well. You will kill both machete guy and shotgun guy without them doing reaction shots.
Possibly throw smoke grenades or tear grenades toward machinegunner enemies to create vision obstruction so they are not able to shoot at you precisely.
AKs are fine.
