86 is the average for the PC version of Cyberpunk, according to metacritic. You give this example to demonstrate their inability to agree with other reviewers just because they are 2 points higher?
And are you trying to say they might be equally 'far' off in the case of JA3? I feel like I could totally live with that.
We are only talking about, how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the Magazine called "Gamestar" is.
I mean what is in the review lol not what is being said on here
I cant read it, because its behind a Paywall, but sounds like a worthy Successor from JA2.
Jagged Alliance 3 in Review: You have rightfully waited 24 years for this game.
The exclusive preview test shows: With Jagged Alliance 3, you get exactly the successor that was overdue - crisp, dramatic, nostalgic, funny, and on the way to an exceptional rating.
When a developer continues a cult game after over 20 years, they walk through a minefield. The expectations of old fans are high, every change is scrutinized meticulously, and at the same time, new players should also become fans. Haemimont Games took on this challenge - and actually managed to deliver a more than worthy successor with Jagged Alliance 3.
We have now spent around 60 hours in the preview and test version, and we haven't been bored for a minute, quite the opposite. The best part is: After these 60 hours, we still feel like we've just started. Because Jagged Alliance 3 is really extensive, and depending on your playstyle and difficulty level, you can easily spend 100 hours here.
It suits you if...
...you love dramatic turn-based battles and dynamic campaigns.
...you like the series, especially Jagged Alliance 2.
...you are not discouraged by a steep learning curve as a Jagged beginner.
It doesn't suit you if...
...you expect a game to hold your hand.
...you absolutely need German voice-overs.
...you don't have much time to play.
Game has turn based battles? No ♥♥♥♥, couldn't possibly figure it out by myself. Don't have much time to play? No need to elaborate on why, apparently,
