While most games developers don't provide an FOV slider in the game settings menu, I typically resort to using the Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker tool to force change the FOV in UE4 games — such as Aliens Dark Descent, Call of the Sea, Redout Space Assault, etc. — that don't have native ultrawide or super-ultrawide support.
For Unity engine games, like Iron Harvest, I have to resort to the DLL hex edit trick to change the FOV to work with my monitor's 32:10 screen resolution.
I'm not sure what game engine Jagged Alliance 3 is built on, but I'm hopeful it'll natively support all ultrawide and super-ultrawide resolutions and ratios.
