Oh I didn't know 2 games was China origin... but I also don't care.... we are not in ww3.... yet lmao
Really? For me cd keys is 35$ CAD which is more then the 27.01$ CAD total I just paid after tax
Grow up.
Are 2games legit? They seem to redact their WHOIS info, which seems rather strange, and there are a lot of shady companies that launder funds from other scams into keys and the like.
Again, not sure since I never heard of 2games, but your question here should be if the key is legit or if it is stolen or even a launder from a call centre scam.
I asked Microsoft :
Answer: 2game.com is an official authorized digital retailer1 that offers instant delivery via email on all products. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any information about the owner of the company.
"The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 2GAME DIGITAL LIMITED and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Hong Kong and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 2GAME DIGITAL LIMITED."
"Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions."
Shop seems to be in china like most of these shops, like Kinguin for example. Money goes to china.

Moreover when I bought at 2games I checked and google was giving directly the country answer, not anymore.
For lazy people I quote the site:
2game.com is an official and authorized digital retailer for an ever-growing list of video game publishers. This means that you are guaranteed to get 100% official game keys when buying from their store. They offer instant delivery for all purchases and provide after sales support for those who experience issues with their services. Their site is available in English and German. The headquarters of 2Game.com is based in London, United Kingdom.
EDIT:
That said, myself I consider Hong Kong isn't fully China, was forced to join China and still for now achieve keep a bit of independency, and I don't consider Hong Kong involved in China support of Russian madman war. So no matter how, British or Hong Kong I won't refund.
For players that want skip 2game and still want a larger price cut than on Steam, GMG started again apply a larger price cut for the game, the price is a bit higher than 2game price (36% instead of 37%), but you get also XP on GMG it's not as great than before (they allowed direct price reductions) but it's good to take as an extra.

There you see the references to hong kong.
And i would not say they where forced to join china... they have been given back to china and are now chinese.
Great Britain leased Hong Kong for 99 or 100 years and that period came to an end.
As for 2games... I made the purcahse already, They will give me the key on the games release date. I have no reason not to trust them, they were listed on that isthereanydeal site. They accepted CC payment and my bank used a text to my phone to authorise payment.
Have fun everyone! Just a few more days!
