Free mode?

Hi, I haven't play the game for a longer time. I remember there was a completely free mode option when creating a city which had everything unlocked, but now there's only sandbox mode. Has something changed?

Hi, the sandbox and "free" mode were basically the same thing and weretherefore merged into one mode that we call sandbox, too.

I rmember it too but it just became sandbox which is the same
