problem with starting the game, it says this error an exception occurred java.land.illegalstateException Could not managed cache folder (my path in the documents folder to the game)

I have some squares that are not and will not populate. They are just... Yellow... What am I doing wrong?

Ok this might be a stupid question, but what if the devs would make TheoTown trading cards and badges, like have the cards named after the unique landmarks, or service buildings, or whatever. And the badges like "Apprentice City Builder" for level 1 with a e.g. low decity zone icon and lvl 5 badge is "Master City Builder" with an e.g. high dencity zone icon whatever I know this is kinda dumb and would take some time, but what if? It would be cool I'm just sayin'...

it's been a long time since there's an update on steam version, did they gave up focusing on PC?

I have built a metro w/ tunnels. I have created a giant map (that constitutes half of my playtime). I swear I got the Plugin Addict achievement, but apparently not. Am I missing something regarding the first two? Does the metro need to be a certain size? Do I need to build on all of the quadrants of the giant map? I know the terraforming one was delayed for a bit before it finally unlocked, so maybe these achievements will appear with due time?...
