mysterious obelisk not working?

can't tell if i'm missing something but i can't get the pressure plate behind the mysterious obelisk to work. there's no prompt for it and using the using all the characters and their skills does nothing. do i need a specific beat or patch or something to get it to work?

The hints the obelisks give refer to CLASSES, not necessarily individual CHARACTERS.

I think it might be bugged, the busker plate does nothing when pressed and resets when you press any of the other two plates. Is this the intended behavior? I tried all possibilities and walked hugging all walls and I couldn't progress.

i think you just have the class and order wrong. you don't need to hug any walls at that point just a matter of getting the right sequence and classes

Did you complete that section Pilpi? If so does the busker plate reset when you step on other plates? Does it do something? As I said I tried all of the orders...

sure did and can confirm no bugs -- i think the order is middle, left and then right shrine if i have the right area in mind. which one has the busker shrine and are you sure it's the busker class?

As the hint about the class change really helped a lot knowing how the plates work, i am still very confused and lost concerning the following of the enigma. I tried your order pilpi and nothing happened, also there is no busker class obelysk for me

Also just had a bug where Briff as sampler is ACTIVATING a plate made for Glamour but the path doesnt show up. might wanna look into that

Just finished this quest. The obelisks give you hints on which classes to use. Step on the switch with the right class and a path will open. Some paths need to be opened in a specific order to progress. You can reset the paths at one of those server stations. If a switch is pressed with the wrong class and no path shows, it's not a bug. There's a different reason, don't worry about that until you've made your way through the puzzle as intended first.

Yeah i just finished it all the way, i understand now, i just think the first puzzle answer was not all that intuitive but maybe it is just me :]

Ok ok, I got it, on the second stage the middle plate is for Tuner, but if you use Busker on it will get depressed but do nothing giving the impression that it was the correct class.
