Quest: Justice from above

Try skirt around the city in the direction of the nest, eventually you will find stepstones as Stefan above said.

I searched around all over the place. Look at the map. The trail is where you'd expect it. Still it took like three or four passes to get it

Some guy over at the other forums mentioned right behind the crypt entrance?

That was a no go and i tried going all the way back to the beach and it is still impassable.

Look behind the houses on the east side of the city near the hill with the pantheon shrine.
You also need journal updates about a raven.

It's hard to pinpoint exactly what triggers the next update to the quest. The updates, though, provide some insight. The nest isn't enabled until the 3rd or 4th update. It will be obvious then

When I did this quest recently (for each of the three parties I played), the triggers were pretty simple. You pretty much just track with your camera view so that you "see" (from as close as you can reasonably get) the thing the next part of the quest is looking for, and once you see it, the quest will update.

Also, as a note, you don't need to leave town to complete the quest.

The journal never tells you to leave the Town, it only tells you to search around the park in front of the inn while it's daytime. The only difficult thing is realizing that you are looking for a crow, the rest is simple.

My quest was updated... INSIDE the inn, at 6:03 am. I didn't see nothing moving around XD

I saw the raven and I saw it leaving Myrelle's oddities and I saw it going to the tower. I think I have to enter in the tower but it's closed and door is unopenable. I don't understand what to do after that.

You're welcome! As for now I don't think it has any use, maybe in future updates we can give it to somebody or use it ourselves somehow. Who knows.

I am doing another run. I saw the bird but this time I am not able to reach the nest. I approach the stones but it does not trigger the option.

Am I forgetting something, or is this a bug, or what?
