How do you finish Quest: Justice from Above?

Found the body, got the book, have the nest's location on the map. Cannot figure out how to get to the nest! Help Please

Near the raven's nest there is a very narrow path in which you will find some stepstones that will allow you to access the nest. No need to look outside Port Galeb.

You will find this path near the road that leads to the Phanteon Shrine.
