The cursed crypt bugged?

I am in the cursed crypt and I have found the two hidden things on the wall and the pillar, but I cannot press them - is that a bug or am I missing something?

Those are blood marks. They hint the direction, not an actual hidden switch

there is a tuto about any quest in youtube, just tap Archaelund Cursed crypt or the name of the quest you need to complete, and you will get a good video showing you step by step how end it

If you haven't gone to Youtube then I would just add that I don't think those mean anything much. Go back to the entrance and talk to someone nearby to really begin things.
Note that the map labels are really handy when trying to figure out which rooms you are after. IIRC it shows the years that people were entombed and also a special event of note for a secondary quest in there. Still going to need to search for the precise spots but it narrows down the rooms for you.

there is also a second quest in the crypt involving some ghosts that require paying attention to specific years if you don't to click to every grave on there.
